Albany Distillery Tour

The Albany Cellar Door is home to the Limeburners Single Malt Whisky Distillery, where Limeburners expressions are handcrafted in small batches using traditional techniques on the edge of Princess Royal Harbour.

The Limeburners Distillery Tour offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the craft of single malt whisky production. Guests are guided through the distillation process, from malting the barley and fermentation through to the final spirit run, gaining insight into the traditional methods and careful craftsmanship that shape each expression.

Depending on the distillery schedule, guests may also have the opportunity to observe the distilling team in action as they bring the whisky-making process to life.

The 30-minute distillery tour is followed by a tasting of three 15 ml pours of Limeburners Single Malt Whisky.
