Giniversity Gin Blending Class

The production of gin is a beautiful mix of art and science, and our Giniversity Blending Class is where we get to share this with other gin-thusiasts! 

Join us on campus as our experienced distillers tutor you through the fun and interactive class, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and delve deeper into the wonderful world of gin. 

The second half of the class runs through some of the core botanicals and building blocks of a delicious gin recipe, before participants are invited to experiment and develop their very own bespoke gin blend. 

All Giniversity Graduates take home a 500ml bottle of their gin, to share with friends and family and reminisce about that time they were a distiller for a day - it’s ‘ginnovation’ at its finest! 

The Blending classes are available at our Margaret River and Swan Valley locations.
