Giniversity Barrel Aged Gin - 500ml

Our Barrel Aged Gin is handcrafted in small batches. Each release spends time in Margaret River French Oak Shiraz wine barrels, allowing it to develop a stunning red hue that varies slightly from batch to batch.

This rich gin is layered with notes of red fruits and spice, finishing with residual sweetness. Botanicals featured include juniper, coriander, cardamom, angelica and citrus. 

We source freshly emptied shiraz wine casks from some of Margaret River’s best wineries, and take delivery of these unsulphered casks on the day they are emptied.

We recommend you pair this bold gin with a slice of dehydrated or fresh orange and a dash of premium Indian tonic over plenty of ice.
