Made from locally sourced barley, our whisky is distilled in small batches using traditional copper pot stills. Aged in the crisp coastal air of Albany, it matures in second-fill 200-litre ex-bourbon American Oak barrels, before being finished in rich Australian Tawny casks (formerly known as Port). This unique maturation process imparts a complex, well-rounded character that remains approachable yet sophisticated, offering layers of depth with every sip.
