Tiger Snake Rye of the Tiger Whiskey 55% (PR30 AWARD) - 700ml

Rich and generous in character, PR30 is a bold Australian rye whiskey with depth, warmth and natural spice. Made with 100% Western Australian ingredients, it brings together rich caramel, vanilla and baked apple, with the distinctive spice of rye adding balance and structure. At 55% ABV, it is full-bodied yet beautifully layered, with a long, lingering finish of vanilla, caramelised fruit and a subtle touch of cocoa.

Crafted from a mash of 60% rye and 40% pale malt barley, PR30 is twice distilled in small-batch copper stills at our Porongurup Distillery. The spirit is first distilled in our 750-litre column still, then distilled again through our 9-metre-tall, 3,200-litre pot still — which, we’re told, is the tallest whisky still in Australia. It is then matured as a single-cask release, allowing the spirit to develop its distinctive depth and character.

Its quality has been recognised at the World Whiskies Awards 2025, where Barrel PR30 was awarded a Gold Medal and named Category Winner.

Each batch is a single cask that is hand bottled and numbered in keeping with our small batch tradition.
