This blended whiskey is produced by skilfully combining a secret recipe of premium single malt whisky with mixed grain whiskey, before being aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of three years.  

Crafted at our Porongurup-based distillery, it’s hard to beat the quality of elements essential to whiskey that are found in the region - the water is pure, the air is warm and clean, the grain is rich. So naturally, it makes a welcoming home for the dugite snake.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Fresh clean malted barley, summer stone fruits with pears and sweet honey

PALATE

Viscous and full mouthfeel yet somewhat paradoxically with lighter summer fruit and pears

THE FINISH

This whiskey is full flavoured, yet it finishes delicately with a hint of spiciness balanced with a touch of beeswax and sweet honey nectar
