Welcome to Limeburners & Giniversity in the Swan Valley

Just 35 minutes from Perth and 20 minutes from Perth Airport, our new Swan Valley venue is a great way to experience our internationally acclaimed, Western Australian craft spirits.

When visiting Swan Valley our cellar door is the perfect place to pop in for a tasting of our craft spirits, or while away a few hours with friends over delicious food and cocktails. Also available are local beers and wine, or freshly roasted coffee from our friends in the valley.

The Venue

Our venue manager has worked closely with our Head Chef to refine a menu that incorporates the freshest produce from the region and is 100% gluten free. From small plates to larger sharing boards and delicious pizza, you will discover the perfect dish to enjoy with your whisky and gin experience.

If you are after the full ‘Giniversity Experience’ our Gin Blending Classes are the best way to immerse yourself in the wonderful world of gin. Learn all about its fascinating history, take a virtual tour of our working still and find out how we make our gins, then try your hand at blending your very own bespoke gin recipe.

LOCATION

Cameron has long wanted to bring Limeburners and Giniversity to a city location. In December 2021, he purchased Carilley Estate on Hyem Road, Herne Hill and has passionately refurbished the venue which will meld his array of whiskies and gins. Whilst the distilling of Limeburners will remain in Albany and Giniversity in Margaret River, it marks the first whisky on show in the region.

Join us between us in our Swan Valley Cellar Door to taste and enjoy our array of whisky and gin or enjoy a Giniversity or Limeburners cocktail. Our restaurant is serving our casual menu from Wednesday to Sunday.
